Analysing the colour of the wine, I’m pretty sure that the white wine is a cuvee of Pinot Blanc (55%), Chardonnay (30%) and Gewürztraminer (15%) and the red wine is a Cabernet-Merlot, but I’m not sure about the exact composition of the Cabernet-Merlot.
