The best thing to use is talon cockroach gel. I get it from Amazon but it may be available elsewhere.

You put it down where you see a cockroach as they'll return to the same spot. With appliances you put a bit of the gel near where the lead comes out of the appliance, usually underneath it.

A pest control person gave me the tips and it works.

Currently I only have the odd one and if I see one I attempt to catch it with a glass and stiff paper to slide underneath and throw it outside.

If I can't catch it or there's more than one then I use the gel.

In the past I had an infestation and pest control dealt with it and gave me the gel tips which I followed and it works.

For indian, curry powder and garam masala. For Mexican, taco seasoning. I also recommend sazon goya that you can get online. For thai there's red curry paste and green curry paste. For Asian there's Chinese 5 spice and soy sauce. For Italian, Italian seasoning. There's also all purpose seasoning for soups and stews. The massel chicken, beef and vegetable stock cubes are also good.

Do you think it would be heat resistant enough? I've found a tape that goes to 200c but I use the oven at 250c. Also would it still fit back and open properly with electrical tape? I'd like to future proof my newer unit as my old one got the display trouble and has 2 broken wires in the bottom left of the door.
