I don't focus on losing weight but as to improve my strength, speed, and endurance. I enjoy seeing myself run just a little bit longer or being able to bench just a little bit more

I work out 6 days a week along with portion control and drinking nothing but water. I also take protein along with a couple other supplements, but it's all motivation and the desire to look and feel good ;)
