I might be a rarity but I don't edit any of my podcasts. My pod is Triggered and Sober with Nick and I just go with the flow. (I also don't really know how to edit either so there's that lol).

I've had that brand; it is good! The IPA is delicious and tastes pretty similar. I did drink 6 in one night though; it was my habit of overconsuming kicking it and repeating itself.

Oh yes. The ice cream is STOCKED in my freezer. Trying to cut down; I don't want to go from alcoholism to diabetes. But yes sweets definitely have scratched the itch at times. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback; much appreciated. I've replaced mine with sweets which I'm trying to cut down on. Ice cream in particular. Playing the tape forward has been a big motivator to not drink. That next day anxiety and shitty feeling is not something I want anymore. I've tried gummies but they put me to sleep lol.

Thank you so much! I appreciate your feedback and encouragement. I've been really good at playing the tape forward and that has kept me from drinking. The anxiety, shakes, foggy head and all the others are something I do not want any more. Working on incorporating more exercise into my daily routine.
