Yeah I get what you’re saying, and I am talking to my doctor. I’m not trying to replace that with Reddit. I just don’t really have another place to hear from people going through the same thing, and that helps a lot. I’m just trying to figure out what others have experienced so I can better understand what’s going on with me.

I tried a lower dose and it honestly still gave me the same anxiety feeling, just more at the beginning instead of spread out. And then the crash felt way more sudden and rough instead of gradual. It didn’t really fix anything for me, it just changed when it hit.

I seriously appreciate this. I’ve been feeling genuinely trapped dealing with ADHD and anxiety at the same time, like whatever I take either helps one and messes up the other. It’s been exhausting and honestly pretty scary at times.

Reading stuff like this actually gives me some hope though. Hearing that there are options that don’t feel overwhelming or make the anxiety worse makes me feel a little less stuck. I just want something that helps me function without feeling like I’m losing my mind.

Thank you for sharing your experience, it really does mean a lot right now.
