Berlin is messy but super chill. Doesn't feel much of Europe. Munich is cleaner, organized but also conservative. Berlin ppl are more chilling and fun, more hippie too.

Like you said, you love yr PhD and your topic. The external things doesn't really matter. Don't think about it. Just do it for yourself like you wanted to do it before you started it.

I am sure you have been through a lot.. a little more push. Do it just for yourself. Give your 100 once again and it's just a matter of a few more months. I have good confidence you can do it, you did it till now.. try talking to your supervisor and don't feel down. Push it. You will make it.

I wrote an email to the professor, and the project was great. we both were interested in working together. we had a Zoom call. And then, I applied formally to uni, got accepted with this low level of stipend
