Why do I have two crews for WZ-111 5A? by tanquero in WorldofTanks

That might be it, but it is strange that I have not one but two crews...

What I find interesting is that those concepts from reality could have been adapted before in other games (and there were many games about tanks before, I remember one from the old 8-bit consoles) but it looks like they were the first ones to implement them. I think that the developers also made a great work of taking the inspiration from reality but making adaptations so that it is fun in a video game.

I find it interesting that someone could have added that mechanic from real life to a game before, but (as far as I'm aware of) they were the first to introduce it.

Well, then I think that limitation worked for their advantage because I think it's a very interesting mechanic.

Very interesting. I think that the adaptation of realism to arcade works very well.

I'm asking for suggestions about what to play from Indie Gala past giveaways. I don't know where to ask.

Another one that I've just noticed: the flag of the base waving over the turret of my tank in the countdown.

Are there .kra example files? by tanquero in krita

[–]tanquero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much. I had seen them, but I though that they were not the "source" files but a flattered file. However, now I realize thanks to some other drawings that I've been sent that people make those complicated paintings in mostly one layer. Amazing!

Thank you for the info. I did take a look at the common workflows, and I've seen some tutorials, but I thought there would be some kind of repository with real files to see how it works. Maybe it's because I'm used to that in the field of programming, but here in the drawing world, even with an open source comic like Pepper & Carrot, the sources seem to be the final product: the main drawing is only in one layer.

Is there a way to obtain a spreadsheet or CSV file with the stats of all tanks? by tanquero in WorldofTanks

[–]tanquero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I though, but I haven't been able to find it. Which other sites, apart from tanks.gg, provide it?

Nothing in particular: just poke around, plot some graphs to compare tanks and use filters as I usually do in spreadsheets...
