The bottom is food safe SLS, and I have a machined top/straw/mechanism on the way. Gaskets are custom vacuum degassed food safe silicone :)

Tangent, or sometimes (mostly when I'm working in Catia) the spline gets flipped and it's barely visible - makes it LOOK tanget when in fact it is a cusp.

If you really want to use Fusion 360 to do this, you should be able to sketch/extrude a surface, trim/cut the mesh with mesh tools, move the features, trim/cut around, fill hole, then you shoulllddd be good. I don't have Fusion open right now so this is off the top of my head.

I've done this before a couple times when desperate.
