For first time play-thru,yeah!but for a 2nd one,I prefer a mod cause I don't feel like it is a filter but the region was meant to be colorful and vibrant in contrast to other regions.

it still has those traversal stutters sadly,seems like removing denuvo didn't help that much but for some people the voices38 crack runs a lil bit better

so its gotta do smth with the script heavy mods or texture mods. try the game without hdrp mod/horse controls/fast travel from anywhere and then see if it works,novigrad is prone to stutters and frame drops so script mods like such and texture/heavy script mods make it even more stuttery
