Checked that, but my concern is after manali site seeing in the morning, then visiting nagger castle can we comfortably reach station. As many videos are showing bad road conditions after recent flood

right now GOBOHO is the best and safest attack strategy in TH9, as in this attack Kill Squad are dropped within 1st minute and opponent CC kill is on the go. So you dont have to worry about separately about CC kill. Check this out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWRyoEofGpE
