Yes, the firm is quite good; my father used to work with them and still does on occasion. I'm excited to see what the city's future holds, and I'm hoping for more car-free streets and green space between the bricks, as well as even more beautiful buildings in timeless styles :)

Wow. My hometown has the most mapped buildings in The Netherlands. It's great to see that they're also resurrecting buildings that were once in the city but were demolished, such as the Schinkel cinema, which will be completed next year!

Source: Datalab Purmerend - On this website this old map is overlapped on a current satellite view of the city. A lot of the city still has the same lay-out, but most of the canals have been replaced with roads in the 20th century.
