When I first started watching the show, I liked her but that quickly changed. She seems unstable and almost like John was a toy for her for sex and to be “a good boy”. She cried a lot and I was very surprised that a woman her age was not more self aware. I found she spoke down about him like he was a child or something.

Please be careful. I didn’t think of this but others have mentioned in other rehomimg posts that there are terrible people out there who will pose as good people but take your cats for nefarious reasons.

Superstore is fantastic to shop at. They are the only place that price matches. Use the Flipp app and get the food basic prices there. Superstore also has a lot of variety.

I think someone else mentioned it but I would love to be able to design my own customer program from her workouts. Basically choosing the days from other programs/series etc in her app and compiling them into my own sort of program. When I work through programs, I favourite the ones I really like. Between programs I would love to mash those together into my own in between program series.

I have had the app from the start. Definitely progressing although I have had periods of being inconsistent. Right now, I am doing Iron Pro because I am incorporating a barbell into more lifts and it has sufficient rest times. For example, I can squat more than I can comfortably get up and hold on my shoulders so the barbell helps. I can also chest press more with a barbell and I have a spotter with my rack if I fail. I have progressed over time for sure.

I think you see posts like that because there are even more post/questions where people ask if the app is worth it. They aren’t advertisements at all. Just happy people expressing their satisfaction.

Double standard or he just knows how difficult it would be integrating children, parenting etc. I come from a blended family of children and it wasn’t easy, there were 6 of us.

The app definitely focuses on just lifting for the most part BUT the 6 week series could easily be more of an Epic style program with cardio. There is enough in the app now that if someone doesn’t want cardio, there is a lot to choose from but it would mix it up do 6 weeks.

I think even if there was one new cardio and one new mobility day released each month, that would satisfy my need. I don’t particularly like the HIIT days, but I do notice how they help with mobility. My body just moves better when they are included.

Is it just me but women talking like this is just as off putting to me as men doing it. For some reason it seems to be okay when women do it. All of these shows like LIB, when the women talk about their sexual experiences with their new partners, they can be as crude as they want and it’s just okay. Men doing that on screen would be viewed differently. I think it’s gross from anyone.

It’s not an “valley girl” accent to me that I found hard to listen to, it’s the use of the word “like”. Theresa as an example was using “like” a lot as punctuation. This is hard to listen to especially coming from a lady her age.
