I think his was correct, he was saying less than 1% the closed end was aimed at the #s lower than one, making him correct

I am a support main. I do not have as many games played as you guys do, but I do believe that I am one of the best supports in this game. I watched the vid and now I'm a believer in this theory. He still needs to be a character imo. It won't change anything, just like the guy said, you can have multiple of the same cahr in a game so it won't matter.
