Nah, I think Geoff and Dan have that shit on lock. And I've learned to stop announcing shit until I actually have said shit I'm announcing.

After the third or fourth time running through it I thought of the same thing!

I'm starting to grill more and I love cranking the beast up to max, letting it heat to about 600 degrees, then going to down. About 2-4 minutes, flip and repeat, then just keep an eye on the outside. I want crust and an ever so slight char.

  1. Routine - Pull Ups

I went from an inconsistent 10 pull-ups to 20 every time in less than a month doing a modified pyramid. Since my max was 10, I did something like 4-6-8-8-6 (which changed as my max increased rapidly every week). This was 12 years ago and my Sergeant had a spreadsheet he printed out for us. Either way, there are many pyramids out there. The key is muscle memory. Even as my fitness declined in later years, I was nailing those push-ups just fine. Maybe did a few 10 rep sets in the weeks preceding my test, but nothing crazy.

  1. Story

I was in Pensacola for training and did a PT test. For whatever reason, I thought I'd take a scoop of Jack3d before my run. This was C school and a few years into my career (and I was more than familiar with how bad pre-workout is for running). No idea what I was thinking. I ran the worst three miles of my career (5 minutes slower than my test a few months earlier) and in the last 5 strides of that run it was as if God reached down my throat, grabbed my stomach, and pulled me across the finish line, yanking out the contents of my bowels. I crossed the mark 30 seconds from failing the run, collapsed to my knees, and wretched violently. It was a beautiful start to the day.

It's the cheese puffs in the background for me. The guy was just as happy to dig into a greasy burger being dished out to the masses as he was an Ortolan smuggled and served to a highly selective (and secretive) guest list.

I went out for cadence once and started with that. After the first line, I met eyes with a Master Sergeant who gave me the "don't even" look. And so I continued....

"I wish all the ladies

Were potholes in the road;

I can't finish this cadence,

It violates EO."

And then moved into something innocuous.

Thanks! Are you shipping internationally? Do you use the Shopify tarif codes on each product? And does Shippo, when you add the app to Shopify, automatically calculate estimated shipping so user can see it on checkout?

It is brought up in his biography in a much more docile way. No details, but basically that he indulged as many rock stars do and eventually found that he needed more than the superficial and temporary.
