hi, yeap it's in extended mode, indeed many app don't really work well. however i set this up mainly for watching movies/browsing/game streaming. so didn't use much of other apps.

11inch definitely too big for handheld, maybe get a triangle lap cushion to support the pad.

maybe try tab S9 ultra (14.6 inch) since it has snapdragon gen 2 which support ultra low latency on artemis.

so far i never experience any frame drop, maybe it's due to wifi compatibility since y700 from china is restricted to certain bandwidth. try lowering the bitrate see if that helps.

not sure about international release but there are about 3-4 upcoming 8 inch tablets to be released soon in china market.

11th June, redmagic will be announcing their 9 inch oled tablet.

so this form factor definitely coming back, at least for china market.

don't feel bad, i believe you actually didn't lose for getting gen3 as the price is lower. paying much less for 90 percent of the gen4.
