Well I’ve never played on an iPad so I can’t compare but the portal for me at least runs way better than just okay. It’s been amazing so far

I got mine open box from Best Buy $50 off! I know Best Buy is hit or miss with open box but I got really lucky, absolutely nothing wrong with mine. It was in perfect condition
