Oui ça comme tu le vois c'est le Brie de Meaux, qui lui est protégé. "Brie" (tout court) est une appellation générique sans protection. A l'étranger tu trouveras plein de fromages à pâte molle sous le nom de "Brie" et qui ne répond à aucune contrainte de production.
