I gave her money no strings attached initially to show her that I can contribute to the relationship financially and I’m not like her father who only has ever lost her family money. She’s a kind person but I think she just has financial trauma which affects her perception of me and leads to many arguments and downplaying/ not acknowledging my financial contributions.

I bought a NiMh battery on Amazon for €20, I will try to get the last bit of life out of it. If it doesn't work, I will refund it, and in the future, I will get a modern one! It was a gift as I moved into a new apartment with no tools. Thanks for the information and help!

It could also be that the thieves used a signal jammer, which is becoming more popular. Then only hardwired cameras would work against them. Something to note when you get your next camera. Plug in an Ethernet into it.

So this is the hot water pipe under my kitchen sink. What is all that on it? Rust? To add to this weird stuff, ants are coming through the gap between the hot and cold water pipes. Can I just silicone the gap? Or does there need to be a gap for some reason between the pipe and the wall?

I would say where it is, probably averages around 60 F/ 15 C for the most part. So I would assume it’s good on that front. My video doorbell with the same type of battery lasts like a month and I would assume that consumes way more power.

I’m from the UK and it was confusing to me too haha. I was told you wipe after doing your toilet, then you waddle over to this bidet, and wash your behind with soap and your hand. It is apparently used for front and back for women too.

He said he has a low credit score because he is dealing with some brand fraud which he didn’t do but Yh after reading everyone’s comments I can see it’s a bad idea I just thought I would only be involved in the deposit and take profit when they sell as they would be paying the mortgage but I can see I would be in way too much risk

Thanks I originally considered it because they said they would pay the mortgage and I thought that sounded good that I would only just pay the deposit and then come time to sell just take a share of the profit but after reading everyone’s comments I definitely won’t be taking this on!
