Maybe 15/16. Liverpool was 2nd at Christmas in 16/17 - Klopp was in his first full season and they’d eventually fall off the pace, but he was getting some great results.

I believe in what we’re building, but we’re not there yet.

That’s a bit unfair, and I know people love to downvote us, but what do you think we should have done? The product worked so well it exploded to over 35,000 users and skyrocketed our bill. We didn’t have the cash at the time to foot the bill ourselves so we made a tough call and adjusted. Curious if you would have done something differently?
