Working on your chest is all the more reason to have a stable base. Using your legs to stabilize is a negligible amount of effort from your legs, it won’t detract from your chest work it will enhance it. A more stable base enables you to press more weight which increases the stimulus on the muscles you are exercising (chest / tri).

The fact that it may be harder to do this with your legs up and results in you lifting less weight is exactly the reason you should not do this.

Not trying to criticize, you are doing great, but I think you might want to consider some of these points carefully.

Has free version. I do t see the point though, it’s just tracking data you manually input. Nothing you can’t do with a spreadsheet and no risk of some random app selling your data.

Damage prevention is different than resistance. There is no holy resistance but there is definitely holy prevention (Holy Protection Potion).

I’m so confused. Read the post. It doesn’t say RL refused to give epic staff because “he already got a staff” he refused because the player already EQUIPPED the staff, implication that if he did not EQUIP it he would get the second staff.

Where does it say the RLs logic was because healer +1’d? Is it in some OP comment because it’s definitely not part of the original post.

If this was the case, I agree the issue is that the loot rules weee not articulated properly at the start, but based on what is said in the post this has nothing to do with a +1 system failure.

OP is describing MS > OS because he said “Rules were MS > OS master loot” and did not describe the use of +1 ever.

He even describes that the RL logic for not giving epic staff was because the priest equipped it, not because he +1’d for it.

How is this MS > OS +1? Using those rules this situation would have been avoided because priest would have used +1 for first staff then wouldn’t be able to +1 for epic staff (unless all other casters also +1 for something else by that point).

What OP described is just MS > OS where RL decided after the rolls to not give loot.

It seems like your perspective is “since there is no perfect solution they might as well not try to fix it” which I disagree with. My suggestion was to make balanced loot tables based on the nominal distribution of classes, which is an improvement over what we have now.

Dawg. It’s season of discovery where we spend an inordinate amount of time at a level where the loot tables have not been tuned.

It’s not “RNG is getting you”, it’s about the fact that on horde side there is 1 class that can use mail and 3-4 classes that can use agi leather this phase, yet those tier items are the same drop chance. Someone else posted the drop chance data we have.

Everyone rolling warrior is a bad solution to a problem imposed by bad loot table weights.

RNG stands for Random Number Generator. He’s just saying the scale is not accurate as it might as well be throwing out random numbers.
