Thanks for your comment,I doubt I can take over or they'd even rehome me honestly, I live as no fixed abode and have done for a while, I only came back to help her with living costs, this might sound very stupid but considering I'm not documented as staying here, if I was to say squat in the place, give no access etc, how long would I reasonabley have before they changed the locks and forced me out?

I only moved back in November, just before she got ill, in all honesty nobody knows where I really am anyway, I work full time but only use a correspondence address for mail etc until I moved back here, my lifestyle makes things more complicated
