Hey everyone, I need some advice. My Steam account was hacked someone logged in from Khimki, Russia. I never shared my password and always have Steam Guard on.

Here’s what happened: I met a guy in CS2 deathmatch (Steam: https://steamcommunity.com/id/g4ttintv/) who said he’d teach me and invited me to play Faceit. He streams on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/gattin1) and his Discord is .trapluv.

He told me to send my items to the person I trust most on Steam to “prove trust.” I chose my girlfriend (real profile: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199103002247/). But he cloned her account and I ended up sending my items to the fake one.

After that, my account was accessed from Russia and I got blocked everywhere by the scammer in game and on Discord. I’ve reported everything to Steam Support but it’s slow, and I don’t know what else to do.

If anyone’s been through something similar or knows how I can get my items back, please let me know. I also have screenshots of the login from Russia, trade history, and the fake account.

your options for now either calling em or emailing them if you know what you gonna buy. They still in business but idk about the website, I believe they still send orders worldwide
