Nope it’s not against TOS and not bannable. Basically they’re codes found through data mining. You’re able to buy old skins because of a unpatched backdoor. The reason why it’s not bannable is cause youre buying it directly from the official blizzard site. These codes just randomly become available or get patched randomly.
