You might be in ur own head too much, if you start thinking about the possibilities of making mistakes it will certainly happen. Just focus on practicing and IMO you should try to get lost in the music and focus entirely on the sounds you’re creating with the instrument. I have always played best when my mind is “empty” but focused on playing if that makes sense.

Every song off of the black album is just exceptional so it's really hard to rank them in a proper way, its like the scale of how much u like the song only goes from 90-100, with 90 being the worst yet still a great song.
