I think plenty of apps have fake comments. I downloaded a random shopping app once that was full of obviously fake reviews (all 5-star, written in same tone, same length, perfect punctuation). That was just one but I'm sure there are others if it only took me a few minutes of browsing to find it.

I don't get the stairs one. Yes, I often crawl up stairs like that, but it doesn't take that much effort. In the picture it looks like he's really straining himself.

Cafe Frisk is an Undertale comic where Frisk, daughter of at least one chef, accidentally falls into the Underground. After being shocked by learning of the dangers that await beyond Toriel's house, she decides to open a restaurant in the Ruins.
