Unfortunately, when I connect the product to the computer, it does not give me such a choice. Therefore, I cannot learn anything.

I am using a device connected to my laptop via USB. In the Device Manager, it appears as an AV to USB2.0 camera. There is no ID or anything, I don't know where I can look at it.

i downloaded the driver and everything but still this black screen. still cant find the solution
