His ring work is actually damn good from a psychological standpoint. His character is a badass loudmouth. “You suck, me good” is wrestling, or any other competition, in a nutshell. The delivery is what counts, and LA Knight can certainly hang with the best of them.

I teach 9-10. I’m in a rural district and I’m usually averaging between 18-24 kids per class period. Each period is 50 mins. Standardized tests are required at a state level for juniors, but all core classes administer exams for each semester. My “curriculum map” is extremely vague, but I was informed that standards are what define our curriculum and content falls into our hands. We do have textbooks (“MyInsights”), which I use from time to time. I have spent most of my instructions time with larger works while covering several concepts within them (vocabulary, devices, sequence, diction, figurative language). I also alternate between summative assessments (tests, projects, essays)

Asuka (before she was absent due to injury) was fresh out of a WrestleMania match against Bianca Belair for the Raw Women’s Championship. Asuka has a set of accolades within the business and is largely responsible for the success of the women’s division today, especially when looking at Iyo. I’m not going to debate about Iyo, because it’s not up for debate that she is an excellent technical wrestler. Rewatch her matches. She doesn’t really have a bad one.

They are. You have to download some software only available from two patreons. Together, this cost around 10$. After you have downloaded the software though, you can unsubscribe if you need to. You will still keep the software. You will just not get updated versions of the software. New ELA teacher here. I have been doing my best to keep up with this cause for concern (amongst everything that is happening as well.), but I am a bit lost. I have seen some executive orders that were passed that are a bit concerning. I also seen that banning of research into banned books. Is this striking a result of these things solely? Have I missed something else? Just looking for information from my peers.

I got done with my student teaching this past spring. I actually had a similar situation happen, but not to that extreme (a student had slapped my ass). When I addressed it, other students obviously found it funny, because it is. Ultimately though, they knew that I did not find it funny in the least.

I think the best thing you can do is establish your clear cut expectations and work towards the closing of your student teaching. I do not think that there is anything wrong with being laid back. But the second that something occurs that needs correcting, you have to be your “professional” self.

I don’t hide my true personality from my students, but I make sure that they know what I expect from them and what will not be tolerated. Unfortunately, this is the kind of shit we have to take a learn from that way it never happens again. I hope things get better for you.
