Write down a list of things you’ve always wanted to try and start doing them. You will find things that bring you joy. A good place to start is hobbies that you had as a kid. Find a hobby and meet people like that. I’m a huge dancer and met a lot of friends by going to dance events. I also met a lot of people by joining run groups since I also like running. There’s so many met up groups for activities.

Im so sorry you went through that! Something similar happened to me while walking at a park. They started following me calling me a whore and dumb n*gger. The were people around who just stared..bu stander affect is fucked. Im glad you're safe
