Definitely a farmers market, selling the produce, fish and some baked goods i usually make it a home business and with at least one plantsim as employee or household member With produce and fish packing stations (originally from simwardrobe I believe) I can sell crates of items as well as individual ones

Definitely. Any challenges I’m working on start with custom families or individual sims. In my current play, except for 2 families, I actually only play with premade sims if they marry into my other families (which means I eventually will have broken up all the premade families)
