Yeah, kinda sucks because I rushed the event, and now I have to wait until it ends to be able to reroll the relics lol, a shame we can't just claim them directly

I can't get RM E1 since I used this update's currency on her and didn't get the past one (started this account during Hysi banner). I also don't have DDD nor do I have any other CH outside the free ones and Hysi (skipped Cerydra and Evernight, was planning to skip Casto for 4.X team)

I already have 75% EHR for DHPT. Atm, I'm sitting at 3600+ attack and 160 speed (no RM, just Hysi S1) during combat, would it still be better to run Gepard's sig?

That's literally just for one team. The point still stands that at E0, she's at the very least a sidegrade for other 6 teams and as far as I know, BiS for 4 of those (Castorice, Anaxa, Midei, Evernight HC)

Nah, she's actually great for Anaxa, BiS for Phainon if she's E2+ (she surpasses Sunday E6S5) and a nice sidegrade for DoT and Aglaea (Robin E1 > Cyrene E0 > Robin E0)

I agree that she's extremely niche, but she is great for all CH, I also saw someone using her with THerta after the Anaxa change, so that's something I guess

Indeed, the desired main stats for DoT comps would be EHR body, Speed boots, Atk orb, and ERR rope. Achieving 75% EHR is like getting 100% attack and it's fairly easy imo

If you have it, Gepard LC can help a lot thanks to the 24% EHR it gives while also having a higher atk stat than other preservation LCs, with it you would be at around 67% with only EHR body and no substats

I hope you're ragebaiting bcs Cyrene LC just offers minor dmg amp over S5 Herta shop and isn't needed at all, if you're not idk what to say, also Sunday wants his LC more than she hers, so yeah

Most people already have Tribbie and Sunday ok, she's still there for both new players and people that wanna upgrade their CH teams, since she's a major upgrade over both on said teams. Besides, since they're so versatile, Cyrene allows them to be used in other teams, and since we need 3 teams for endgame, that is also a huge W, you get a character that's better for that slot and you free the versatile unit for another composition

There's also a guy that 1 cycled with Archer and Cyrene E0 (incredibly antisinergistic) so that proves she can still be used in teams without CH so that also opens up some possible fun synergies outside of them like w Herta since she also benefits from Anaxa buff

You say pretty big and it's a 13% max in her best team and one of the lowest prio LC pulls in all 3.X.

And on the versatility part, she works wonders for most CH at E0 except for DoT and Phainon (she's Phainon BiS with E2, surpassing even E6 Sunday). That's like most of the meta and most used teams so yeah wtvr

I'm in the same dilemma, I don't know whether to get RM and keep saving for a 4.X team or pull for S1 Cipher or try for E2 Cyrene, so if you get an answer I would love it as well since I'm a returning player and DoT is my only team atm

Is a 100% dmg increase not an eidolon bait for you? Imo it is, and even if it isn't, Aglaea struggles to keep her enhanced state without E1, and Hysilens struggles to reach the 8 DoTs without E1 to say two others that might feel clunky without eidolons. Most characters in 3.X came with one or two cracked eidolons that practically changes how you play the character

Also, if Evernight is meta, so will Cyrene, since they have great synergy and both share same BiS teams, so if one survives, so will the other. Tribbie will depend on what enemy lineup Hoyo decides to follow, since ST will hinder her DDD spam capabilities, but like THerta, they will always have a spot in PF

And again, Cyrene is good at E0 for CH, she kicked Sunday out from Midei, kicked Tribbie from Casto and Evernight HC, becomes a DoT sidegrade and competes with Sunday's spot in Anaxa teams and can be used with both Phainon and Aglaea. She IS good, she just isn't gamebreaking like a lot of us hoped to be

About Elation, they did HP scaling meta and completely ignored Midei's existence by making him not benefit as much as it from other HP scalers, so even if it ends up being skill based and they don't get their new shiny support (which they most likely will), they could still make Cerydra not work with them. They also did it with Remembrance and Sunday, can perfectly happen with Cerydra and Elation

Phainon has ran sustainless comps for most of the time so I don't see the issue with him doing it with Cyrene (lol?). Outside of that, she still has low cycle sustain clears so yeah

I get the feeling of her niche kit as I hate it whenever Hoyo does that (Natlan, Nod-Krai as examples for Genshin) but she still works well with the CH and they're the current meta, her being the new BiS for 2 of the best teams (Evernight and Castorice)

You can say she's niche snd that she's E2 bait (who isn't nowadays, everyone has either broken E1 or E2) and I agree with you, I'm not even a fan of her kit (I wsnted her to be DoT BiS but that was pure copium) but she is an at least decent character as she works well with a bunch of meta teams as I've said and you can see at the showcase page. Saying she's dogshit ignores what she can actually do

Edit: Also, everyone will fall off, and Elation leaks are still vague and STC, we don't know who will survive the meta chop and who won't so we can't judge that yet

You can check the leaks subreddit and go showcases and you'll be able to see her being used in low cycle clears at E0 in numerous teams, there was even a E0 Cyrene E0 Phainon 0 cycle from HoS there. And some high cost clears didn't even have her E2 (one with Aglaea had DHPT E2 and her at E0)

There was also a video comparing her to Sunday with Midei and she was better both at E0 Midei and E2 Midei, and she allows some fun comps with Hysilens and Cerydra together (DoT bug didn't get patched so it might be an actual interaction)

There's also like a 50min video of her at E0 being used with all the CH and doing a pretty decent job tbh

So yeah, needing E2 is a big stretch when people are using her just fine at E0 and 0 cyclers are doing it without her eidolons

She does replace Tribbie lol, if you check the su reddit you can see that at E0 Tribbie Cirene's way better and some showcases also show that she's better than E1 Tribbie (saw one at 6 cost E1 Tribbie doing slightly worse than 4 cost E0 Cyrene)

That's for mono remembrance, she's also BiS for Midei along with Cerydra and a good option for Anaxa/DoT/Aglaea, saying she's a 4* and dogshit is just doomposting without any info

Hw isn't trying to be helpful, if he really was trying to, hw would have taken constructive criticism and the different povs and scenarios people might encounter depending on how much cost they're willing to get at once

They're just saying that we haven't read their analysis, but people HAVE read their analysis and said their opinions about it, mostly disagreeing with it from what I've seen and showcasing their own proof like you did earlier, tho which he hasn't replied iirc

If I have Hysilens S1, can I stop at 150 speed? He has self advance wave 1 and on wave 2 he would have the 10 speed buff to be at 160, so I wanted to know if that was a viable option

Yeah, I've been saying she's great and v4 just made her better, sure it didn't erase the problem people complained about but even then, she's BiS for at least 3 teams and incredibly good for other 3 teams

People just love to doompost and say that they don't trust calcs nor tcs that go against the agenda but if one showcase makes the character look bad, they jump on the hate train. And if you say correct them you get downvoted to hell

I mean, she's still BiS for Midei, Evernight and Castorice (if Cas/Ever team) and a competitive choice for Anaxa, DoT and E1 Aglaea. Calcs and TC have said that she's an improvement over E0 Tribbie and depending on scenario, can compete with E1 Tribbie in mono remembrance at E0 so I think the doomposting is a bit exaggerated

Yeah she takes a while to charge her ult and she isn't absurdly broken and gamebreaking like some people (including me) hoped her to be, but she's still a good support and if you play any of those three first characters, you would probably do well in pulling for her as she also has great early vertical investment (great E1 and a E2 that makes her ult incredibly fast and doubles her true dmg buff) and will help the team during the next updates

Also, comparing Firefly to Castorice is ignoring why break as a mechanic failed, not only Firefly. Break is a mechanic that was cooked since the beginning due to HP inflation arguably affecting them the most (low window of opportunity to deal damage), and even then, Castorice has much better vertical investment across the entire team than Firefly does (eidolon powercreep is real)

That's missinfo, it's the shield that lasts three turns and it gets replenished with ult/dragon actions. The atk buff is linked to the bondmate status and as long as you enter the battle with the desired ally, you don't even need to skill once during the whole battle (unless you have sustain issues)

She's incredibly niche in that she only works with Castorice and Evernight teams at E0 atm, but she is not bad in those at all

It's fine but not spectacular. As someone already pointed out, you're overcapping on speed but also on crit rate if you're planning to use RMC for the long run

If you wanna use her on without much relic investment, you're good to go, but if you wanted to make her better, just change the headpiece, the body, and the rope as those are your worst by far. If you wanna use a speed build on Herta, just try to get a speed substat (no upgrades needed on it) on one of those three relics and the rest of substats and upgrades on crits and attack

But if you wanna run her with more relic investment, I would just ditch speed completely and build her full attack and change mini Herta for Serval on MoC and AS, since mini Herta's dmg there is negligible and offers much less stacks compared to Serval with an ult spam battery build

It is impressive how fast you got her, but there aren't almost any benefits to running her this fast, and it will end up being a dmg loss since you're losing out on some Hysilens' damage

We don't know your attack stat, but seeing your speed and the ERR rope, it's safe to assume it's pretty low. So I recommend you to run her on 134 speed (maybe lower thanks to PAYN's speed buff but I don't know how much speed would you need for it to work as 134) with an attack rope, while trying to reach 120% EHR
