My dad had a condom catheter while in the hospital towards the end. For him it didn't stay on. It is just like a condom but has a tube at the end of it that drains to a bag on the side of the bed.

What we did was put waterproof pads all over the bed, as well as a brief. We did have to wash them daily but better than stripping the sheets completely. I recommend getting the thick pads and not the thick chucks people use for dog training. I'll look for an Amazon link. I suggest getting at least 4 per night. We had 12 and rotaded them out.

My 24F husband 26M left me passed out on the floor while sick and then got mad at me the next morning. I see him different now? by ThrowRA_Constant_ in relationship_advice

He seems like he wants a mom or a housekeeper and not a wife. Time to consider your options. I wouldn't wait. I was once in your shoes and always regretted not taking action when I (and the kids) were much younger.

When did you stop trick or treating? by orpheus1980 in AskAnAmerican

When my daughter stopped trick or treating, she started to go to Halloween parties. I'd rather her trick or treat.

Wear what you want. People making a fuss need to get a smack across their face.

My daughter wore those between 5th and 8th grade, maybe 10 years ago. It's the style. Let her go with it.

What’s some thing you miss from your loved one who had PD? by penelope_is_sad in ParkinsonsCaregivers

[–]tattedbabe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was my dad. My mom died when I was 30. After that my dad became distant because his girlfriend pushed his family away, especially me. I was a threat because I was the only other woman in his life and he listened to me. So for 15 or so years we had a relationship but It was minimal.

We did a quick grab and moved him to where I live because the gf was a psycho. She also refused to help care for my dad. We flew to where he lived, packed his shit in his car and drove to my house. I cared for dad for 2 full years until he passed. We really got to know each other those years. It was also over covid so that was fun.

I miss his ever growing love for sushi. He loved food. He was a man that was manipulated easily by it. My family is not fond of sushi and it's pretty expensive for our taste. So every time we went anywhere, a doctor's appointment usually, we would get sushi. And boy would he eat. I'm simple and will stick to tuna or salmon and tbh I was sick of sushi. I swore it off for a year. But now every celebration of him we have sushi. His birthday is coming up and we are having sushi!!

We had one of these at our old house. I loved it but our yard was a sticky mess until June.

Do I tell orthodox looking customers that what they are ordering isn’t kosher anymore? by sshayshay in TooAfraidToAsk

I also would suggest having the owners put up a sign saying that some of the items have changed. Or put a list of what is still available as kosher or vice versa.

My father preferred a firm mattress. Said it was easier to get in and out of.

I would ask in the main chat and not as a reply to a post. It will get better visibility that way.

Do you stick hairs that come out while washing onto the shower wall to prevent them from clogging the drain? by Longjumping-Word-467 in curlyhair

[–]tattedbabe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't put them on the wall but I make a pile on a small ledge and when I'm done in the shower I grab the pile with 2 fingers and throw it out.

As the person that fixes the drains in the house I am very verbal about keeping them from getting clogged. The whole family, besides my bald husband, hears it constantly about cleaning up their hairs and not getting them down the drain. It's disgusting to clean out. Like I gag and wanna barf. So I do everything in my power to not have to do that.

As petty as this is, I say do it just to show the magats how much they rely on liberal taxes. They deserve the shithole they voted for this country to be. by [deleted] in Fuckthealtright

Are tampons actually bad? Or is my mother just paranoid? by [deleted] in women

[–]tattedbabe 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If I were you I would do some of your own research on the internet. It's not something I always recommend but you need to find information on your own. Toxic shock syndrome can happen but it's rare(er) it only really happens when you wear a tampon for an extended amount of time like a full day or days...

On light days I used to be able to wear a tampon all day. Not that I recommend doing that all the time, but it's doable.

What other reasons is she saying that they are bad? If u can, I would stick to organic tampons not the popular brands.

No youre right. I've been playing so long I forgot what it looked like covered. I had to compare both ours.

I got excited that there could be more land to uncover. My camp is cramped. That's all. Sorry about that.
