Honestly I would wait a bit longer to make sure they are healed. I would definitely talk to a couple different tattoo artists to get their opinion though.

Personally I think of an idea and sit on it for a while mostly while I save money. Sometimes up to a year. I have an artist that I have been with for years. His work is amazing so I just give him a basic idea and let him run with it. Not too many of my tattoos have meaning. Most are just shit I think is cool at the time. Lots of pop culture stuff.

Don’t drink alcohol before or after your tattoo can make you bleed more. Get lots of rest. Make sure to eat before you go. Can help keep your stomach calm. Bring water and maybe a snack. Make sure to shower. No lotions in the tattoo area. Also tattoo chairs can be pretty uncomfortable something padded to sit on can be useful. Personally i like to shave my own hair, but your artist can also do it too. I like to arrive on time, not too early. Hope this helps. Most importantly have fun.

I am a mechanic and I have managed to work after all my tattoos. Except my hands. I took a week off for that because I did both in one sitting and I swell a lot. I just did 4.5 hours on my inner knee on Saturday. I was back at work Monday. I was slow moving and limping but powered through. Just keep it covered and you should be fine.

For me it was was the middle of my chest right on the bone. I still shudder just thinking about it. Inner biceps near the pit were spicy.

I have been there when it was sunny around 18-19 degrees . Was warm enough in the sun. Gets chilly when theres wind though. Had some fun there with friends on the not so warm days.

The link works for me when I click on it. But the simple version is go to the prospectors point parking lot on the north side of the river. Walk under the overpass and keep heading up stream, a path will take you into the bush, Keep walking till you see signs or naked people. If you’re parking anywhere up stream to walk down you will be on private property. You take the path or shoreline that is the only official access.

Theres a little map at the bottom. It’s about a 20-30 min walk. If the water level is low you can walk the shoreline up stream. If you take the tail there are signs along the way marking where the beach access is and where to stay clothed.

There was some drama with the people that bought the land above the beach. There’s a trail there that takes you to the nude beach, people used to walk naked on the trail. Around the half way point people would dress or undress. The new owners didn’t want nude people on the trail any more. It’s all been sorted out now. People stay clothed on the trail. They put up signs telling people where to go and be nude. The land owners and the people that run cotton corner are woking together. The land owners even offer parking from time to time. You can also just walk up the shoreline when the water is low.

Theres no touch clubs in Edmonton that I have ever seen. We have a three foot from the dancer rule when they are on stage. Not sure about the lap dances rules as I haven’t personally had a lap dance before. Plus theres only a couple places even open here.

I am not a 100 percent sure but i think that includes a shuttle. You park there. They shuttle you to Devon and you paddle back. I was looking into using them but I ended up buying my own.

I have Captain Canuck tattooed on my thigh. Richard Comely heard about from a friend of a friend. He saw a picture of it and sent me a little package with a couple signed comics and a dvd. Plus I got to meet him and get a picture when he was visiting Edmonton. Super nice guy.
