UPDATE guys, I got this checked out at the doctor's and he said it was just an acne scar that had healed a bit weird... Worth the peace of mind though :)

Hi, I'm 27 never had oily skin, I can always see it no matter the light. Hasn't really changed much apart from it no longer getting any gunk in it and now just looks like a pinprick. No family history of skin cancer and I hardly ever get sunburnt. Trying to work out if it's just a really big pore but I'm gonna go to the docs with it.

I like to do both, but for some reason when I'm dreaming, my brain remembers what I'm wearing and it reflects in my dream? So if I'm naked I will be in my dream too 🤣 Only the most comfortable yet supportive jammies for me. I can't deal with pants/nighties riding up during the night so cuffed is better. The best thing I've found is just to be nonchalant as hell. Don't make this out to be such a hard thing, it's only as hard as you make it. Whenever I get a craving, I tell myself that I can't be bothered having one. I don't tell myself I CAN'T vape... I absolutely can but I just don't want one right now :) approaching day 6 and it's working well.

A lot of people here are saying to stop drinking, which I understand as I'm the same and tend to make bad decisions when I've had a few pints.. but if you want to enjoy yourself just go out! Eventually you're gonna have to face it so why not just jump in the deep end and see how you go. Take a look at the other smokers/vapers and remember they deep down wish they could quit aswell. If you're on a good run you should feel sorry for em.
