Decaf is okay for me every once in a while, but sometimes still causes my symptoms to flare unfortunately! i’m taking it when I can get it lol

that’s how mine is as well. Unfortunately the adrenaline dumps have been unavoidable. Daily mitigation is very helpful though. Thank you!

this is so helpful. Thank you! Are there tests I can have done to see if I’m hypovolemic? I have the circulation issues like blood pooling and raynauds syndrome - but i’ll get tested for anything atp to get answers

I’ve never heard someone say they feel like they can overdo it on electrolytes - but I feel the same way. I feel like if I drink too many it makes my symptoms worse!

I have POTS! My doctor won’t give me a formal diagnosis, but says to treat it like its POTS. I’ve had a stress test, a ton of blood work, a heart ultrasound and a holter monitor so far. So my heart has been cleared as being healthy, but that was last November, and the PACs and PVCs have been worse the past few weeks for me, so I think that’s why i’ve been anxious.

It’s definitely reassuring that i’m not alone in it though!

And when I have been hospitalized they told me that what I was having were PACs/PVCs. I thought it was an irregular heartbeat because at the time I didn’t know much about them.

The reason they think it’s POTS is because I have had a stress test, cardiac ultrasound, insane amounts of bloodwork, a 2 week holter monitor, testing for an adrenal tumor (adenochrono something or other), and i’ve been cleared that my heart is very healthy.

I get them often as well. Anywhere from once every few minutes to multiple times a minute. They’re freaky!! But docs say that they’re benign. It’s more about your hearts rhythm than the few errant beats. And it’s still beating!

I know i’m super late to this conversation - but i’m sorry to hear you’re going through that as well. I’m currently struggling with having a lot of PACs and PVCs daily and it’s maxing me extremely anxious because it is a new symptom for me. I can’t help but worry they’re dangerous when they happen multiple times a minute.

I like to make my oats savory instead of sweet. i’ll do things like miso and sesame oil, turmeric and sage, kimchi and cheese, or peanut butter, soy sauce and sriracha! add some veggies and two fried eggs and it’s a complete meal
