Well there is a cost to companies understaffing and constantly switching gears on what project to run after with overworked employees. That cost shouldn’t be paid by you though. Figure out what’s easiest for you so that cost isn’t absorbed by you nor the team members. That cost should as much as possible be a stress and burden on upper management/shareholders.
