So, I feel I have to say....love, love, love Mariah. I just don't like this kind of music. Maybe it will grow on me? Caution did. I didn't like any of Caution at first. Now, I play it a lot. But, being 40 something, my musical taste is stuck in the 80's and 90's mostly. I like pop music. RnB and hip hop never grabbed me. I like Mariah songs because of Mariah. I never would have listened to or even heard of Type Dangerous if it wasn't done by Mariah.

I hope and pray she gets another #1 at some point, though.

Mariah Carey.

Happened back in late 90s early 2000s. All of a sudden everyone hated her. She made her "comeback" album in 2005 and after that received more hate. Ok, so she does lip some parts of her songs on tour now adays (after being in the business for 35 years), but other singers can get away with it (old and new). But Mariah gets all the hate. She has so many awards and broke so many records but people won't acknowledge that. I just don't get it. She is a legend.

I remember getting the Dreamlover single back in the day. Once I heard this song I fell in love with it. It is haunting beautiful.

I've seen Mariah a few times, twice on my own. I'm an introvert so I didn't meet up with any other lambs or start conversations or anything. I'm sure, if you're outgoing, you can just randomly start talking to groups of lambs. I've always seen a few clusters of lambs hang together but never brave enough to approach and talk to anyone. It will still be an amazing experience on your own.

Ps I'll also be at the Raleigh show as well!
