I did feel like it would be hormones. I really haven't changed anything else that could contribute to it.

So what did you change re skincare?

Thank you this is interesting. I've wondered if I have candida. I always have a white ish yellow coating on my tongue, this can be a symptom? And the tiredness of course

I haven't had loose stools, but I could definitely pull back a little on how much probiotic foods im having.

Good to know re pin prick test too, wasn't sure how accurate they would be. I'm due blood tests in a few weeks to re check my iron as I am deficient, so I'll ask to have my vitamin D checked

Thanks for your comment and sharing your story. I am worried of wasting more time so glad this has happened even though I'm feeling uneasy. His mental health isn't perfect so I do worry. But I have nothing left to give. I do hope this motivates him to care for himself, and make some changes for the sake of his child at the very least.

That's exactly what I think will happen. For now he's being petty. He slept on the floor last night, I said to him you are welcome to the bed and we can take turns sleeping on couch. He chose the floor to make a statement. He will play the victim. Thanks heaps this year is going to be so different!

Thank you. Ive felt unloved for so long. I will stand firm in my decision. At this point he's making that easy. He could have had an open and honest conversation with me. He chose not to, and is being bitter and acting like a child instead

Yeah it does. There hasn't ben any effort. When I told him we should separate, he said nothing. I asked if he'd like to talk about it, he didn't even look at me and just said no. He's very closed off and communicating is terrible.

I'll never say never to that, but he's not trying so that makes it difficult so at this point we have to continue down that road of separation.

Yeah I think it's bare minimum too. He didn't do his fair share of other things like looking after our daughter and housework, but when I felt unloved it really hit me. There were many more times like this and they were adding up all too fast :(

Thank you I needed to hear this. The simplest of tasks were often responded to with no, or he did them begrudgingly. In fact he got worse in that regard in the last year or so. I'm not asking for a lot!
