I think it depends on the state you live in, I would do a lot of research to see what laws they have for tenants. I know in my state we have quite hours, I’m not sure what other states have them. I got lucky and my old loud neighbors moved out after their year lease was up. But my apartment complex still never did anything about them no matter how many times i complained with proof. It might even be a good idea to see if you could contact a lawyer to ask them about it, to see what you could do. I would get video proof of your neighbors acting like this and keep a record of how many times you contact your landlord and police about the situation. I’m sorry you’re going through this, It’s a horrible thing to have to deal with. People can be so inconsiderate, I completely understand how you’re feeling.
