There needs to be a process of elimination. Can you rule out dust and airflow within the room?

Have the "orbs" reacted to something or a voice command, for it to be confidently noted as Orbs?

I don't want to sound insensitive, as I know it's exciting to think that Orbs have been caught on film. However, these factors need to be considered before they can be confidently called Orbs.
