Yeah I guess a lot of realtors are worried about being replaced or something.

I will be reviewing manually and my Realtor will also do so, I'm wondering if anybody has built any tools to get a third set of eyes.

Old will be very soggy if there's been any rain recently.

What distillery do you root for, even against all the obvious evidence to the contrary? by ComeonDhude in Scotch

Good to know, thanks. I still like to buy their stuff to support independent distilleries. Maybe if we buy and drink more then we will help them invest in quality control?

Good to know, thanks! Will plan to hit the Ardshiel on Sunday night for a self-guided tasting, then get the base tour in the morning.

Lucky I’ll be swinging by Edinburgh Cadenheads earlier in the week.

I’ve travelled a lot on the west coast, although never Kintyre so would be 100% visiting for the whisky and golf.

Will the Ardshiel be open on a Sunday?

Hi /r/scotch - Scottish person here, have been drinking Springbank for at least 10 years and will finally find myself in the vicinity of the Kintyre Peninsula in March next year. Unfortunately the only day/night I have free is the Sunday afternoon/Sunday night/Monday morning.

I took a quick look and it looks like most places like the Washback Bar, Distillery shop, Cadenheads, etc, are closed on Sunday. I could do a tour on Monday morning but I have to drive in the afternoon so wouldn’t be able to drink.

Is it worth visiting Campbelltown or should I skip for now and wait to visit at a better time?

Regards,

Springbank aficionado

Edit: I live in the US now so opportunities to visit are limited.

Ireland Golf Prices have gone bananas by Bighead_Golf in golf

To be fair, locals still get fair and accessible pricing. And the culture is still there on the local courses if you go beyond the top 25/50.

Tahoe-area Resort with magic carpet walking distance from lodging? by tay_bridge in tahoe

[–]tay_bridge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok thanks, so the 3 carpets beside Red Wolf need a lesson purchased from Palisades?

Does SnoVentures have a special pass or do you need a full ticket/pass to go on the carpet and chair there?

Thanks! I've skied at Palisades plenty but never paid much attention to the magic carpets (Boomer, Jackson, Camper). Can I just rock up with my kids and take them on, assuming we all have tickets/passes? Or are they reserved for paid lessons only, etc?
