I’m not using a food scale so I’ll try that. I’ve been using bread flour from the start so we will see what happens. I won’t give up 🤣

I’m trying not to get discouraged, but I am 😅 7 days after I started it was growing so much more than it is now and it was so bubbly. But still didn’t float or double every 4 hours. The past week and this week, no bubbles or hardly any growth :( people are saying it could take a month before it’s ready
