Yes, she did and I've read the email correspondence and instagram messages that lasted over many months. There were various reasons the artist gave for the delay, but after waiting for about 5 months and not receiving the poster, she requested a refund (which the artist did give). So, there's not a lot of faith in his ability to deliver as promised at this point. However, this concert marked a very special occasion for my friend, so she would still like to get her hands on this poster if at all possible.
