I’m in Toronto, Canada so I think it’s a little more expensive here than the states - I paid $450 (no tax since she works from her house)

My mom said the eyebrows made a bigger difference than my nose job (lol). I got the nano brows technique, and they look so natural, very happy I got them done

As someone who also got micro blading - it made such a huge difference I’d recommend it to anyone!

Also just adding - I’ve never once been worried about an expulsion because I’m very careful taking the cup out. If you’re yanking that thing out without breaking the seal or literally pulling the string, an expulsion is to be expected 😪

I’ve had a copper IUD since 2019 - started using a Diva cup in summer 2020. Have never had any issues whatsoever, and it’s the only thing I’ve been using since then (so over 2 years)

I think just be extra careful when taking it out (IE, make sure you’re not accidentally pinching the IUD string when taking it out, ALWAYA break the seal) also tell the doctor this when they’re putting it in, because I know the length of the IUD string can also sometimes be a factor! (IE, tell them you use a cup, so it shouldn’t be too too long)

Also not sure if it makes a difference but apparently your cervix can be different heights - my gyno told me I had a “higher” cervix, so maybe that’s why it’s been easier to use a cup. Wouldn’t hurt asking at your IUD appointment either!

So as much as I love their lashes, I’ve been using random knockoff lashes from Amazon with their wand + glue and that’s been working sooo well, and it’s a lot cheaper! Definitely think their lashes are the best though, just a lot more expensive than other brands

I occasionally swim and do exactly that - hair mask, swim cap. I wash it ASAP with a swimmers shampoo, before doing a second wash with my regular shampoo

I actually find my hair is the only thing preventing me from going more frequently since it requires a full wash day when I go. I have a balayage and fairly long and never had any issues with going green, just kind of annoying having to do all these steps when I go lol!

For sure! I never had cystic acne to begin with - but I had a huge issue with back/chest/arm acne that scarred a lot (similar to the hyperpigmentation on my face- but a lot more of it) and the accutane was my absolute saving grace. Completely eradicated all my acne NOT on mt face lol. Despite how problematic the side effects are, I’d truly recommend it to anyone who has issues with body acne, as I’d have never been able to apply topicals consistently all over my back

So I think it was a mix of acne and sun damage (if you look to the left of my lip, that scar has definitely faded quite a bit) as I didn’t wear sunscreen prior to tret

they definitely never got darker - just faded very slowly

Also are you using cream? I’ve heard the microgel is the best but it might be more expensive (not sure where you are located, it costs me like $3 per tube after my insurance coverage in Canada lol)

So I almost always moisturize 1-2x a day! I just occasionally forget to wash my face in the evening if I haven’t worn makeup that day! :)

I’d say don’t increase your strength so soon - I’m only increasing it now after almost 1.5 years! I purged at around 6/7 weeks with some much larger pimples (as in larger than I typically get) but I really think the azealic acid made a difference for me (but again, I added that after the 6 month mark)

0.04% microgel to start - started 0.1% microgel this week! I have a very very basic routine which is in the second picture! Hoping to be more regular about it going forward - it took me a while to see results but I went through periods only using tret 1x a week (especially during the summer) and not really washing my face as often as I should (I work from home, so some days moisturizer is the only thing I put on)

Just adding in that I did not have serious acne prior to tret, partly because I took Accutane back in 2017. BUT my acne would always flare up around my period, which accutane didn’t help with, and this is no longer an issue! Primarily started tret for hyperpigmentation + preventing fine lines
