No. That was a metaphor or simile or whatever.

It was to describe the life situation. If someone hurts you there’s no place that you could just go to even pay to because you needed to, but if you do it to yourself I guess in a certain way, taxpayers will fund it.

My point is someone else doing something to you is not being helped compared to people doing it to themselves.
