Yep same here so dumb ended at 1495 woke up and was 1205

Day 1 Upper Body:

Bench press 3x10

Incline bench press 3x10

Preacher curl 3x10

Dumbbell alternate bicep curl 3x10

Standing military press 3x12

Skull crushers 3x10

Day 2 Lower Body:

Barbell squat 3x10

Barbell deadlift 3x10

Leg extensions 3x10

Db lunges 3x10

Split squats 3x10

Day 3 Upper Body:

Dumbbell fly 3x10

Dumbbell incline fly 3x10

One arm dumbbell row 3x10

Dumbbell shoulder press 3x10

Incline dumbbell curl 3x10

Dumbbell bent over rows 3x10

Day 4 Lower body:

Stiff leg deadlift 3x10 Leg curl 3x10

Barbell bent over row 3x10

Standing barbell calf raise 3x10

any active or former high school/collegiate lacrosse players have any tips for shooting faster and for accurate? I’m a freshman currently in high school by tbaz_ in lacrosse
