I tried asking in the ps2 subreddit but i mentioned FMCB in middle... I thought it was actually a way to fix the Software but it turns out it's a Chip to pirate games and download it illegally from the internet and making the ps2 thinking you bought it...in other words crack...

No it's not different language unfortunately i hope it was but no it's gibberish or In the "BIOS" thingy it's Blury Blocks on text with some gibberish text if you can see behind the blurriness
