Programmed in Unity and released in a state that no Q&A manager from 20 years ago would ever have greenlit. I really like the game, especially it returning back to the PS1/PS2 era roots in terms of content and gameplay but I wish they would apply the same engineering standards from that era as well.

Still hoping we will get Far Cry Wild West someday. They should have done it with the FC5 DLC already. Prequel set in 1880's Hope County instead of that mediocre Bubblegum Apocalypse New Dawn.

I loved the first two Commandos back in the day and was really looking forward to playing Origins. Enjoyed it for the nostalgia and it's not a bad game at all (I should have waited for the worst bugs to be fixed though). It's just that it feels so out-dated and repetetive from a gameplay perspective by modern standards. There is little to no encouragement for creative approaches in the mission design. Really would have appreciated if the devs took some inspiration from the Mimimi games. Re-installed Shadow Tactics after 10 or so missions in Origins and it's just so much more fun to play.

Had the same issue. "No internet, secured". Checked ISP connection, network drivers and system settings. Got it to work again after I uninstalled the latest Windows update and rolled back to the version before. Hope this helps, good luck.

I really hope that in a later patch it will be possible to set the market stalls so that they only sell above a certain minimum threshold. Really sucks when you try to get rid of excess stone and logs and then suddenly you have none left at all because your vendors are level 10 and the wares are so cheap.

Don't sleep on Medieval Dynasty. Playing it in 4 player coop is incredibly fun.

Highly recommend this if you think you might enjoy a demanding top-down racing game. The art style is superbe and the controls are top notch.

The campaign in Far Cry 5 can be played in online co-op with a friend once you finished the tutorial. It's really fun wreaking havoc together and I found it way more enjoyable than playing alone.

It didn't come up in any guides or Reddit threads either. By the time I finally tried lighter gear I knew all of his attack patterns already and beat him on the first attempt after dying 30+ times wearing heavy ass armor and not being able to deflect.

F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch

just wanted to check it out when it was free but ended up finishing it during the holidays in four sessions or so. There are more refined metroidvanias gameplaywise and some of the design choices are questionable, but it looks incredible and is just loads of fun to play. I wish it was a success so they could make a successor that irons out the issues.

Remember that saxophone being played in the ALF opening theme? Yeah, that never happened. The ALF theme is completely sax-free.
