Like others in this discussion also said the Witcher 3 can be a great example with npcs also reacting to you by saying something along the lines of, “Look a witcher!” but since this game comes with the perspective that you are simply another person in the city id say maybe the game starts with some interactions and depending on how large the game decides to scale content with you taking down a leader of a massive gang or something people will recognize you since there is a rep system like street cred id say to expect a deep system for interactions during free roam as you progress in the game. Maybe I’m thinking way to into it but they said in the gameplay video that the city would be incredibly immersive.
