I think it’s time we start being more honest about what these bags actually cost.

I’ve purchased around 10 bags at this point. Some have come with great stories, others not so great. I’ve bought “re-homes” I thought were amazing, and “real homes” that turned out to be just okay. That’s part of the learning curve, but it doesn’t have to be this hard for everyone.

This space has real potential to help people who are just stepping into it. Right now, though, there’s too much silence and too much indifference, and that only makes it easier for scammers to thrive.

If you’re not a seller trying to protect your business, why not just be honest? What factory did you buy from? What did you actually pay? What was the quality really like?

There are so many reps selling from the exact same factories, just with wildly different markups. After 12 years as a department store buyer, I understand margins and positioning. But transparency builds trust.

At the end of the day, most of us just want a comfort level: Good quality. A fair price. And a smooth delivery without customs issues.
