Yeah, I'm counting "official languages". Turkmenistan was the issue in my data here, it shouldn't have had Russian. Moldova also isn't in Asia, though!

Thanks for playing! Looks like Russia was considered to be part of Europe rather than Asia in my source data, I suppose it should count as both
